Short answers about ordering, delivery and returns.
OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. An OEM part is made to the carmaker’s own specification — the same part your car was built with — and is identified by the manufacturer’s part number (the OEM number).
Look for the number printed or stamped on the old part, check a dealer invoice, or look it up in the manufacturer’s parts catalogue using your VIN. If you can’t find it, send us your VIN and a description or photo of the part and we will identify it for you.
Yes. Send us your VIN (chassis number) through the contact page and we check which OEM number fits your exact car. You can also add the VIN to your order so we can double-check compatibility before dispatch.
OEM parts are made to the carmaker’s specification and carry its part number, so fit and quality match the original. Aftermarket parts are made by other companies to their own design and can vary in fit, materials and lifespan. PARTSinn sells genuine OEM parts only.
Almost. A genuine part comes in the carmaker’s own packaging; an OEM part is made by the same supplier that produces it for the carmaker. Both are built to the same specification. The parts we sell are genuine OEM references with the manufacturer’s part number.
Manufacturers regularly replace part numbers with newer ones. A superseded number has been replaced by an updated official reference that fits the same application, so you may receive the part under its newer number — that is not a wrong delivery.
PARTSinn is run by MB R2A group, a company registered in Lithuania (company code 306168417, VAT LT100015494513) with a pickup store at Pramonės pr. 6-113, LT-51267 Kaunas. Every order gets a confirmation and invoice, and EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
The same OEM part is often available from several suppliers. Each offer shows that supplier’s price and delivery time, so you can choose the cheapest or the fastest.
Each offer shows its own delivery estimate in working days. When an order contains parts from several suppliers, we combine them into one shipment, so the slowest item sets the dispatch date.
We ship to 99 countries. Courier delivery in Lithuania costs €5.70 and pickup at our Kaunas store is free. For other countries the price depends on the order value: €21.30 up to €200, €32.60 up to €600 and €53.80 above that. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
By card, Apple Pay or Google Pay (via Stripe), by Neopay bank link, or by bank transfer. Prices on the site include VAT.
Yes. Tick “Company order” at checkout and enter your company name, code and VAT number — the invoice is issued with your order.
EU consumers can withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving it. The part should be unused, not installed and returned with its original labels. Some special-order parts are excluded — see the returns policy or contact us first.
